What is the return policy?
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Because each release is produced in limited quantities, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Limited releases, Cadre sets, and discounted bundles are final sale. These items are produced and allocated with intention, and availability cannot be replenished once released.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within a range of 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Cadre orders ($99.99+) include complimentary delivery.
