We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Because each release is produced in limited quantities, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Yes. Limited releases, Cadre sets, and discounted bundles are final sale. These items are produced and allocated with intention, and availability cannot be replenished once released.
